"I was taking orders through DMs and chasing people on Cash App every weekend. Now customers pick their day, order, and pay before I even start cooking. I went from managing 20 DM threads to zero."

Terms of Use

Last updated July 15, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Piti Tallawah (the "Platform"), whether as a customer placing an order or a seller listing a business, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.

2. What Piti Tallawah Is

Piti Tallawah is a marketplace platform that connects independent food sellers and restaurants ("Sellers") with customers who want to order their food. We provide the technology — ordering pages, payment processing, order management — but we are not the seller, preparer, or provider of any food sold through the Platform. Each Seller is an independent business responsible for their own food, pricing, menu, and operations.

3. Seller Responsibilities

By listing your business on Piti Tallawah, you agree that:

  • All information you provide (menu items, prices, descriptions, photos, hours, contact information) is accurate and kept up to date.
  • You are solely responsible for the safety, quality, and legality of the food you prepare and sell, and for fulfilling orders you accept.
  • You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, or registrations required to legally sell food in your jurisdiction.
Food safety note (Pennsylvania): depending on what you're selling, Pennsylvania may require food safety registration. Shelf-stable items (like baked goods) generally fall under Limited Food Establishment registration, which is $35/year. Hot prepared meals typically involve more requirements. We recommend checking directly with the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture to confirm what applies to you. This is general information, not legal advice — Piti Tallawah is not a law firm and cannot advise on your specific situation. If you're selling from a different state, requirements will vary and it's worth checking with your own state's agriculture or health department.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate contact and payment information, and to pick up or receive orders as arranged with the Seller. Piti Tallawah is not responsible for the quality, safety, or accuracy of food prepared by Sellers.

5. Fees & Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Depending on a Seller's plan, a service fee may be charged to the customer at checkout, or the Seller may pay a flat monthly fee instead — the applicable fee structure is disclosed to the Seller at signup and in their dashboard. Piti Tallawah does not set or control the prices Sellers charge for their food.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: misrepresent your business or products; use the Platform for anything illegal; attempt to interfere with the Platform's security or normal operation; or use the Platform to harass, defraud, or harm any other user.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." Piti Tallawah does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any food or listing provided by a Seller. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piti Tallawah disclaims all liability for any dispute, illness, injury, or loss arising from a transaction between a Seller and a customer. Sellers and customers deal with each other directly with respect to the food itself; Piti Tallawah's role is limited to providing the platform and payment processing.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or remove a Seller's account or listing at our discretion, including for inaccurate information, food safety concerns, or violations of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@pititallawah.com.
